When you sign up to become a UYDO member, your UYDO Page will be automatically set up for you. Your UYDO Page enables you to raise money online and invest directly in the young entrepreneur(s) of your choice. It’s basically your hub for all things UYDO – you can review investments, set fundraising targets, make events, follow what’s been happening in your team, see who's shouted back to your shout [insert link] and much more! Raise funds by getting your friends and family to donate to your page. It’s easy to set up and it’s free!

You can close your UYDO account at any time by going to MY UYDO > Settings. Click the 'Close My Account' link at the bottom of the page. If you have credit on your page or have lent money to our entrepreneurs, these funds will be transferred back to UYDOs to invest on your behalf and cannot be retrieved.

Of course! You can invest as much as you like in as many young entrepreneurs as you like.

 

For example, if you have $200 to invest, you can invest $100 in one entrepreneur and $100 in another entrepreneur or $50 to four entrepreneurs!The entrepreneur(s) will receive the loan once their loan request has been fulfilled.

 

Funds donated to your page by yourself or others are a donation to our cause of empowering young people through entrepreneurship. But we want you to be a stakeholder in this mission, which is why we give you the power to choose which entrepreneurs you would like to invest in. Funds cannot be withdrawn, and if you ever decide to leave us, we will continue to ensure the funds you originally donated help many more young entrepreneurs around the world.

No, but we encourage you to so you can easily make a number of loans without entering your card details each time.

Go to MY UYDO, choose 'Edit My Page', then scroll down the page to your widgets. Now click to create an event, choose a type, and enter your event details.

Go to your 'MY UYDO' menu and choose 'My Teams'. Then click the 'Start A Team' button!

To change your profile information, go to MY UYDO and choose 'Edit My Page' from the menu.

Your page is automatically created for you when you sign up. Choose 'Edit Page' in the 'MY UYDO' menu to make changes to your profile and add special features, like a fundraising target and event description.

Looking for a friend, family member or team? You can find someone you know using the Search box on the homepage, or by going to the Community Page and choosing either 'Members' or 'Teams' in the menu.

Go to MY UYDO, choose 'Edit My Page', then scroll down the page to your widgets. Now click to set a fundraising goal, enter an amount, and you're done! If you want to tell people what you're fundraising activity is, scroll down a little further and create an event!

Only new donations made to your page go toward your fundraising goal.

Your impact score is a tally of all your activity on the UYDO website. You get points when you do everything from posting a shout on the Shoutbox to investing funds in entreprenuers. The more you do, the higher you're impact score will be! Click here to find out more.

No, the funds cannot be withdrawn. But the money is available for the member to re-lend to another entrepreneur and continue to help transform lives!
